Cliftonville 3-0 Coleraine
JJB Sports Premiership - Saturday, 20th December, 2008
CLIFTONVILLE moved to within touching distance of the top six with this comfortable defeat of Coleraine at Solitude.

Chris Scannell fired Cliftonville in front after 14 minutes when the ball broke for him to fire past Davy O'Hare following some good build up play from Mark Patterson.

And the pair combined again on 40 minutes to double Cliftonville's lead when Patterson crossed for Scannell to power a header home.

The Reds made sure of the points six minutes into the second half when Mark Holland picked up the ball 20 yards from goal and unleashed a curling effort past O'Hare into the net.
